Terms of use

These terms and conditions settle the relations between the online store Dett at dett.co and its users.

Orders

Orders can be made WITHOUT registration just after filling out some mandatory information like address and contacts right before order confirmation. The user can select the wanted products and the count he wants to order and thus put them in a virtual shopping cart. The cart can then be edited until the confirmation of the order. All orders are valid only after the user has accepted these terms and conditions.

Prices

Some of the items available in the online store have several modifications that can vary in value. Dett reserves the right to change prices at any time except for previously placed orders.

Discounts

All items available in the online store have free shipping on the territory of Bulgaria. Dett reserves the right to make various promotions for certain periods of time at its discretion.

Payment

Payments in the online store are made with PayPal for all countries except Bulgaria (payment is made during the order) and with "cash on delivery" for Bulgaria (the buyer pays the order price to the carrier on delivery).

Delivery for all countries except Bulgaria

Deliveries from the store are done by EMS (Express Mail Service) for all countries except Bulgaria within 2 to 5 workdays. For all unique jewelry that is not in stock are needed between 2 and 4 workdays for production before it can be sent.

For countries members of the European Union goods are not subject to customs control and are delivered to the customer's address. For countries which are not members of the European Union goods are subject to customs control and are delivered to the customer in the respective customs.

Dett is not responsible if an order cannot be executed due to incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data and/or address.

Delivery for Bulgaria

Deliveries from the store are done by Econt Express carrier on the territory of Bulgaria within 1 workday. For all unique jewelry that is not in stock are needed between 2 and 4 workdays for production before it can be sent. The customer should sign a packing slip on delivery and this way certifies the proper execution of the order.

If the carrier is not able to serve the goods personally to the recipient (when it’s not Dett’s and/or carrier’s fault) the carrier attempts to contact the customer by the entered in the online store contacts. On failure the goods are kept in the nearest office of Econt Express for a period of 5 days. During this period the client can contact the courier to receive his order.

Dett is not responsible if an order cannot be executed due to incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data and/or address.

Returns

Upon goods receivement the recipient is obliged to examine the ordered items and to inform the carrier if any defects are discovered. Otherwise any subsequent claims for defective goods are considered inconsistent.

Denial of purchased goods

Pursuant to Article 55, section 1 of the Consumers Protection Act a buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within seven days of the delivery without owing any compensation or penalty and without giving any reason. In such case he can return the goods and get his money only in the following order:

1. the client sends/delivers the purchased goods in the office of Dett

2. the goods are inspected by an authorized person from the online store for defects caused by the customer

3. if no defects are discovered Dett recovers the amount of the purchased goods

All transport and other costs of returning the goods are paid by the customer.

Registration

Registering in the online store is NOT mandatory and is absolutely voluntary. You can register as an user by filling out this "online form". After a successful registration you will have a profile that you can access with the username and password you’ve chosen. It is recommended that your password is at least 8 characters long and contains letters (small and large), numbers and symbols. Dett is not responsible for misuse of your account by third parties.

Privacy notice

By accepting these terms and conditions the user agrees that the personal data he provides (by filling online forms) can be collected, stored, processed and used by Dett and third parties for the purposes of the execution of orders. User’s consent can be waived only by a written revocation. Dett can provide information to the client for the use of his personal data at any time.

When you visit or interact with the online store, Dett or services used by Dett may use cookies to store information on your computer or mobile device.
